Experience
Acker Neuro Rehab provides a comprehensive range of quality physical, occupational & speech pathology services in the St. Andrews/Irmo area. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (by appointment only). Our dedicated staff includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists, all with an average of 25 years of experience in the field.

At Acker Neuro Rehab, we offer comprehensive neurological therapy services including Neuro Rehab for conditions such as stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries, the LSVT program, MS, and other neurological disorders. Our general PT services address orthopedic needs, post-surgical recovery, arthritis, and shoulder pain. We also specialize in dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria and Parkinson's, as well as balance and vestibular therapy, effectively treating vertigo, & BPPV. In our general orthopedic services, we focus on 1:1 patient care with hands-on interventions, incorporating techniques like dry needling and Graston.
